Description
You’ve just fried chicken right on the stovetop. (Go, you!) But then you see a fine mist of grease everywhere. Sigh. Enter: our new, folding splatter screen. Built to last, this heat-resistant silicone screen features a durable stainless-steel skeleton for added support; it also fits pans up to 12½ inches wide. The wonderful thing about a grease splatter screen is that it shields you and your cooking surface from sputtering hot fat without trapping in moisture (as a lid does). That keeps food crunchy and crispy–instead of soggy. When you’re done cooking, pop the splatter screen right in the dishwasher. It’s a win-win.
