There’s lots to love about this wide, versatile deep sauté pan. It’s a one-pot meal workhorse, designed with higher sides to keep moisture in and your kitchen splatter free. And at 3.5 inches deep there isn’t a chicken thigh it can’t sear and braise. Keep this pan on the closest burner to sear, braise, fry or simmer.
